BIMPro’s Role in Project Excellence:
BIMPro partnered with MBL to deliver architectural BIM modeling and shop drawings for seven cultural buildings, including museums and art studios, covering a total area of 93,400 m². This collaboration underscored BIMPro’s capability in handling large-scale projects with a focus on sustainability and innovation. Our team developed 18 architectural BIM models at LOD 400 and produced 2,000 shop drawings in alignment with ISO 19650 standards, ensuring high quality and adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Our Approach to Project Success:
BIMPro’s approach emphasized sustainability and precise coordination, with seamless integration of architectural, MEP, and structural models through clash detection in Autodesk Navisworks. Weekly progress tracking in the Common Data Environment (CDE) and a structured Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) ensured alignment with client expectations, timely information flow, and proactive issue resolution. Our commitment to quality and collaborative processes contributed to the project’s success, reinforcing BIMPro’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
