The project also aims to cement Diriyah’s role as a key hub in shaping the future of live performances and cultural infrastructure.

BIMPro’s Role in Project Excellence

BIMPro supported El Seif Engineering Contracting Company by delivering advanced LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM models for MEP disciplines within the Royal Diriyah Opera House. Our scope focused on producing construction-ready and as-built–level digital assets that ensure precise coordination of highly complex systems required for a world-class performing arts venue. Working in alignment with ISO 19650 standards and the project’s BIM Execution Plan, our team facilitated interdisciplinary coordination, and accurate information exchange to support seamless construction and long-term asset management.
