The Neom Truck Service Center is an essential infrastructure facility within Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Neom
project. Built to support heavy transportation needs, the center will provide comprehensive maintenance,
repair, and logistical support for commercial vehicles driving the development of Neom city. Emphasizing
sustainability, it incorporates eco-friendly technologies to ensure efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.
BIMPro’s Role in Project Excellence:
Perhaps the best an aspect of my responsibilities is finding a good pace various individuals who are BIMPro collaborated with MOBCO to deliver As-Built models and comprehensive shop drawings across all
disciplines, covering 230,000 m². Using advanced 3D scanning technology, our team created LOD 300 BIM
models that accurately represent the center’s architectural, structural, and MEP elements. This approach
facilitated precise documentation for future renovations or retrofits, reducing errors and enhancing
coordination across disciplines.
Our Approach to Project Success:
BIMPro’s adaptive and solution-focused approach was crucial in addressing challenges specific to the Neom
project’s remote location and complex structures. For canopies and hidden MEP elements, our team used
traditional measuring techniques and conducted thorough on-site surveys to ensure accuracy. Regular
progress tracking, clash detection, and a structured Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) kept the project
aligned with client expectations and timelines. Our commitment to precision, innovation, and seamless
coordination positioned BIMPro as a reliable partner, contributing to the success of this vital infrastructure
project.
