Scope of Work
BIM modeling and coordination for infrastructure underground utilities, shop drawings, clash detection, and document control through Videntium Flex

The Six Senses Red Sea Project is a luxurious resort within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Global development,
designed to blend high-end hospitality with environmental preservation. As part of Vision 2030, this project seeks to establish the Red Sea as a premier tourist destination, emphasizing eco-friendly practices to preserve its pristine ecosystem.

BIMPro’s Role in Project Excellence:

BIMPro collaborated with MOBCO on the infrastructure phase, creating detailed Civil 3D models for essential systems, including excavation, firefighting, ICT, LPG, and LV networks, across 500,000 m². Our team coordinated the production of 96 models and 579 shop drawings, aligning with ISO 19650 standards and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). We conducted regular clash detection exercises using Autodesk Navisworks, achieving a zero-clash rate for smooth coordination between disciplines.

Our Approach to Project Success:

BIMPro’s proactive planning, flexible workflows, and robust document control solutions ensured project
alignment with sustainability goals and minimized delays. Leveraging Civil 3D and Videntium Flex, we enabled efficient coordination in an ecologically sensitive environment, reinforcing BIMPro’s commitment to precision, sustainability, and industry leadership in delivering complex, environmentally conscious projects.
