Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital (DSFH) in Jeddah is a leading private healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia, known for its world-class medical services and alignment with Vision 2030. With its ongoing expansion, DSFH aims to increase capacity from 475 to 810 beds, 393 clinics, and 39 operating theaters, enhancing its role in the region’s healthcare landscape.

BIMPro’s Role in Project Excellence:

BIMPro partnered with KFO to deliver As-Built models and comprehensive shop drawings, ensuring an accurate representation of the hospital’s existing structures. By integrating 3D scanning technology, we created precise LOD 300 BIM models, capturing architectural, structural, and MEP details. Our team managed 99 BIM models and produced 9,999 As-Built drawings, adhering strictly to ISO 19650 standards and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Regular clash detection and a Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) ensured efficient coordination and project alignment.

Our Approach to Project Success:

BIMPro’s proactive and flexible approach allowed us to overcome challenges unique to a live healthcare setting. From coordinating with hospital staff to managing cluttered spaces and untagged MEP systems, we tailored our processes to maintain precision and respect the hospital’s operational needs. Our expertise and use of Videntium Flex enabled us to deliver an accurate, cohesive BIM model that supports DSFH’s expansion goals while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism, reputation for excellence and reliability.
